APPLICATION
Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder
- Shake the jar before use. Dust the loose powder onto the Tool-Expert Dual-Ended Brush or Tool-Expert Kabuki Brush. Tap off any excess powder and apply all over the face on foundation or directly after the primer.
